This work has been a success the boards are very pleasing as objects in themselves even before the paint goes on and just get better. The wheels are great ... the piece freely rotates.
The paint has maintained its sheen and intensity even when dry.

Yeeeehaaaa - looks amazing Rowan. I wiah I was painting as well for my January exhibition, but... Bill has STRONGLY advised me to stick to what I have already started, so better listen.....
I AM painting though, in my FREE time, now that I don't have to spent so much time writing - it's just amazing how much extra time this gives...
And you are talking about your catalogue - you've already started that??? You are so good Rowan - I haven't even started thinking about it before I read your blog.... Better start - I know, instead of sneaking off to do some paintings.... :o(
Have fun - and no, haven't seen the movie you are talking about. Will write the name down.
Hey there's a big genesis story in this project #10 Rowan.
You are out there! (blogging!)
Would love to hear the soundz that go with it. Is your film out there on u tube? Or someplace? Wonder if it can sit on the blog spot?
No reason why not, I guess.
Tell me about the led light. What is lead light? (oh sorry led light,) (We have an old lead light window in Mum's garage!) What actually is the technology?
(Got a friend who suggested I go that way with a piece I am thinking about.)
It’s taken a while to get signed up to do this. Will be watching this spot.
Hi AE It certainly is a big genesis story, project #10 has been very much a a transformation not only of my art practice but a big shift personally. The blog has contributed by technologically offering a communication platform from which to project! I have enjoyed making links between different platforms such as Trademe and Facebook. A structure developed. I will look at putting some film on the blog for you the soundtrack will give you an idea of other sound pieces I have made. The led lights ... could just be my spelling but the little hallogen bulbs they use now are called led lights Ithink they are L.E.D's. Watch this space I will look into them? Really great to have you on the blog look forward to more communication. RB
